Alex has 13 years’ experience in senior-level recruitment on the South Coast, for both independent and FTSE 250 specialists.

He first joined Venture Recruitment Partners in 2025 and later moved to Chilwroth Partnership, working on executive opportunities across the C-suite with specialised knowledge of the finance and accountancy sector.

Outside of work, he enjoys swimming, rugby, boxing and football…generally all things sports and eating, specifically steak!
