Chilworth Partnership and our sister company Venture Recruitment Partners are growing. As our business grows, so does our responsibility.
Through social and environmental action, we are on a mission to have a positive impact on the planet and our community.
Our values and work ethic extend beyond offering a tailored and personable service to our clients and partners. We are also committed to using our position in the local market and leveraging the skills of our team to support our community. Through implementing a strong CSR initiative in our everyday business operations, we want to provide social awareness of the difference small businesses can make.
We are continuously evaluating our business practices to seek further guidance on how we can improve our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and ensure that we are accountable and take action.
Sustainability
In 2024, we worked with Carbon Neutral Britain to calculate and offset the carbon emissions created by the operation of our businesses.
However, in 2025 we decided to commit to an ongoing project. That is why we have partnered with Carma to implement an impact plan to fund the planting of 200 overseas trees, 20 kelp and 2 UK trees each month.
That means in 12 months, we’ll have contributed to the planting of 2424 trees and 240 kelp.
We want to ensure we leave a lasting and positive impact on our planet. Keep track of our tree planting journey here:
Charity
We have partnered with Naomi House & Jacksplace for 9 years now and are determined to make our partnership stronger each year.
Forming long-lasting and meaningful relationships is a value at the core of our business and applies to our external partners as well as our clients and candidates.

In 2022 our Director of Executive Search Matt Whitton, took part in a 400-mile cycle from Gretna Green to Southampton and raised over £2,600 for Naomi House and Jacksplace.
Our sister company Venture Recruitment Partners hosted their first Charity Quiz Night in 2023, raising £420 for Naomi House, and hosted a further quiz in 2024.
We also ran a pit stop at the Clarendon Way Walk in both 2023 and 2024, providing walkers with refreshments and renewed motivation. This year Matt Whitton also took part in the walk alongside Venture Recruitment Partners' Senior Recruitment Consultant Nadia Payne raising £645.
For Easter 2024, Matt Whitton, Nadia Payne, and Chloe Williams also visited Naomi House to meet some of the team and explore the care and attention that goes into running their hospices.
We feel strongly about continuing our partnership with the Naomi House & Jacksplace team and look forward to supporting them for years to come. They always have been and always will be at the centre of our CSR initiative.
