Our values shape all we do

A fundamental part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is to use our position to support the wider and local community and ensure we operate as an ethically sound and responsible business.

Our core values help guide and underpin our team behavior, actions, culture, and purpose. Below are some aspects of the Chilworth Partnership that reflect our values and company ethos.

Workplace

At Chilworth Partnership, we are committed to being a responsible business. Our employment policies not only comply with all relevant legislation but seek to exceed standard requirements and expectations thus ensuring that the working environment across the business embraces diversity and offers fairness and equality of opportunity in every respect.

We believe in diversity, fairness, and inclusivity. That’s why we’re committed to providing equal opportunities for all - both within our workplace and in every organisation we partner with.

We empower people by respecting everything that makes them unique; appreciating and celebrating every individual.

Please see our Diversity & Inclusion policy for more details.

Marketplace

We are committed to the highest standards of ethical business practice toward our candidates, clients, and suppliers. At Chilworth Partnership we offer a modern approach that allows our search to reach all types of client requirements from confidential briefs to high-profile hirings.

Environment

At the Chilworth Partnership, we care for the planet, just as we care for our candidates and clients. We’re proud of the fact that we offset more carbon than we emit by planting a tree for every candidate we place. But it doesn’t stop there!

As well as already planting hundreds of trees in 2021 and 2022, we are proud to say that we offset the carbon emissions that both our brands produced for the whole of 2023.

We achieved this through collaborating with Carbon Neutral Britain, and you can find out more about our journey with them here.

Community

At Chilworth, we are committed to giving back to the area in which we work, through community partnerships, volunteering, and charitable donations. We passionately support local charities, Naomi House and Jacksplace, and regularly raise money for these fantastic causes.

Both provide specialist hospice care to hundreds of life-limited and life-threatened children, young adults, and their families from Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Berkshire, West Sussex, Surrey, and the Isle of Wight.

  • In 2022 our Director Matt Whitton took part in a 400-mile cycle from Gretna Green to Southampton and raised over £2,600 for Naomi House and Jacksplace.

  • In May 2023 weprovided support at the five-mile markat the Clarendon Way Walkhanding out much-needed refreshments for all the walkers, raising money for Naomi House & Jacksplace. You all did amazing! Click to read more
